Meditation & Sound Bath
Join one of our free meditation classes, every Wednesday at 6 PM. We offer the Loving-Awareness Mediation and a Heart Tuning Meditation. In each session, we learn to cultivate awareness and compassion.
You only need to bring you and hopefully an openness to explore. We provide everything else including mats, water and a cup of tea.

Loving-Awareness Meditation focuses on balance, being aware of oneself and choosing to love and be compassionate with ourselves in the process.
Heart Tuning Meditation helps us to hold space for not only ourselves but all that is around us. Centres the heart and helps us find balance.
