Pilates +

Having strong core muscles promotes better posture, which, in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day-to-day routines. Pilates focuses on core strength which helps improve posture, decrease back pain, increase strength, improve mobility and movement. When combined with Yoga the outcome is evident with a more balanced mind and body. 

Our Pilates + programs, combines Pilates with Yoga, Breathwork and Qigong.

Our package includes 6 Pilates session, 2 Aerial Yoga Sessions, 2 Qigong Sessions and 2 Rejuvinating Breathwork Session. (Some sessions are done in tandem)

A Pilates practice keeps moving with smooth transitions between precise and slow, controlled movements. Pilates improves balance and gait not only through core strengthening but because of its focus on alignment and whole body exercises

+ Rejuvenating Breathwork
Meditation

Dynamic & Rejuvenating Breathwork consists of a series of dynamic movements by engaging your respiratory muscles and extensional movements to allow your thoracic area to grow and expand. A breathwork that greatly increases your lung vital capacity

+ Aerial Yoga or Yin Yoga
Yoga and Meditation

Pilates and acrobatics performed on a hammock or swing made of silk or parachute fabric hung from the ceiling or a bar, in order to achieve a total-body workout. It helps you detoxify your body, rejuvenate your facial muscle, bring joy and satisfaction to your lives.

+ Qigong
Dance Class

Pilates combines core strenght with Qigong's system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation, that optimizes energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
