About the event
The Men's Circle focuses on sharing a safe space together within men. All men are welcome and guided to share their feelings, who they are, what is their process right now in an authentic, transparent and trusting way. It is a circle for self-growth and self-healing, sharing and supporting each other.
It includes sharing circle, mini relating games, and other mindfulness practices.
